Launch and use

It is enough to run spectr without parameters (the standard path to the configuration file):

spectr

or with the parameter:

spectr -c /etc/spectr/spectr.conf

Or run as a service:

/etc/init.d/spectr start

or

systemctl start spectr

Launch parameters:
s — path to the configuration file
-v — version of the service
-hh — brief reference
